I heart martabak, sweet or salty. they’re perfect for afternoon tea or even light meal in the morning 🙂
but as for sweet martabak, me & hubby had this special spot in Antapani where we usually get our cheesy fluffy one. This is, however, the closest yet tasteful sweet martabak corner around our residence. Actually we haven’t met cheese martabak as delicious and boldly made as this one around the city. So, let’s just call it the most cheesy martabak in Bandung haha

Of course they sells more than just cheese martabak. Mention Chocolate, Banana, Raisin or Peanuts, or combinations of each. tho’ their speciality keeps on superior cheese. What’s the different anyway? well, the ‘Istimewa’ menu gives you more topping than the basics, and by choosing superior means you get some additional Wysman Holland Butter for fatter taste. plus more condensed milk if you like 😉

At least, this one is absolutely a must for you who keep your heart for cheese and thicker taste. but yes, no-no for milk or cheese hater as well as you with diabetical and or cholesterol problem. Still, this one is hard to ignore..

Yummy isn’t it? If you happened to be in Antapani area and are drooling for cheese, just visit this Z-Shet martabak corner. Ain’t hard to find, straight from Jl. Jakarta to Jl. Terusan Jakarta (Antapani), then stop right in front of  a white fenced house on the left (or on the right if you came from Arcamanik/Antapani area), the house of catering-building owner Riefa Catering. You’ll see Z-Shet sign right away. Open daily from 5pm ’till midnight, Z-Shet certainly there to fill your hunger 😉
