Reading Lights’s Last Day

Yesterday I read on Facebook that Reading Lights, the place where I found my writing haven among the best of friends, is closing for good. I remember my first time there, when the barista told me to just went backyard where Reading Lights Writers Circle used to run their writing weekend. I was so nervous! But when I saw everyone’s faces, write my stories and read it to them, my fear…

glow in the dark dining

2 days ago @chioo & @mondododo went to a glow in the dark cafe and posted some pictures of them having their romantic moment there. As usual, I went keh-razzyly intersted and we decided to go there day after. So yesterday we step our foot in Pandorian atmosphere’s cafe located in Buton 21, easily access from Jl. Veteran. The street was empty and a bit dark, we thought we’ve taken a wrong turn. But soon later we discover a yellow-orange sign from a dutch-style home. Cafe du chocolate’s been famous since a long time for it’s special blended chocolate beverages. Formerly stood on Setiabudhi area, now they locked their foot on a calm, loner area of Buton.

superior cheese martabak from z-shet

I heart martabak, sweet or salty. they’re perfect for afternoon tea or even light meal in the morning 🙂
but as for sweet martabak, me & hubby had this special spot in Antapani where we usually get our cheesy fluffy one. This is, however, the closest yet tasteful sweet martabak corner around our residence. Actually we haven’t met cheese martabak as delicious and boldly made as this one around the city. So, let’s just call it the most cheesy martabak in Bandung haha

Owh no, just kidding. at least not that far. If most northen area cafe located in Dago highland, this kedai is located at Jl. Mars Dirgahayu no.18 Awiligar – Cikutra, a lil’ way under. To reach the place we must go through some small road and maybe some turns before we can see a sign of “KEDAI” showing from afar. Next is just following it.
